The lecture of High Performance Manager—Add new energy for Ninglu Tech to create a harmonious and efficient team

On 5th December, 2020, Nanjing Ninglu Technology Co., Ltd. invited Mr. Xinhong DU, from Speicher (Shanghai) Business Management Consulting Co., Ltd., to conduct the lecture of High Performance Manage. And all Ninglu Tech’s management personnel participated in the training.
The lecturer, Mr. Du explained the three issues of the manager's role transition, work planning and actual execution in detail. And he also organized Ninglu Tech’s management members involved in the practical exercises such as group discussions and scenario simulation.
In order to increase the group cohesiveness and to promote the communication and cooperation between various departments, the management personnel of Ninglu Tech actively participated in the discussion and exercise with the lecturer. In this workshop, the topics of enterprise culture, people-oriented thought, innovation and beyond, pragmatism, the efficient management philosophy and talent strategy, were deeply discussed.
